Returned products must be:

- with all accessories and labels attached.

LUCKYNELLY GmbH shall be liable without limitation for:

- gross negligence,
- injury to life, body or health.
For slight negligence, liability shall only exist in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations and shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

11. Applicable Law
