RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the electronic withdrawal function provided in our online shop. After submitting your withdrawal through this function, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

– that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive; or

– that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to personalized, engraved or custom-made products manufactured according to individual customer specifications.

The mere production of a standard model after receipt of the order ("made to order") does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal. If no individual selection, personalization or customer-specific production takes place, the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

To help us process your return more efficiently, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance at info@luckynelly.com. This is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.

Please pack the goods carefully and keep the proof of shipment. The use of the original product or shipping packaging is not a prerequisite for exercising your right of withdrawal.
