SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations

LUCKYNELLY GmbH currently ships within Germany, to Switzerland and to the United Kingdom, provided that the relevant destination country can be selected during checkout.

Shipping to other European Union Member States is temporarily suspended while we review the country-specific requirements relating to packaging and extended producer responsibility (EPR) under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

Additional EU destinations may be made available again once the applicable requirements have been reviewed.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided during the ordering process.

2. Shipping Costs

Germany

Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Express shipping may optionally be offered during checkout for €9.99. Express shipping only reduces the transit time after the goods have been completed or made ready for dispatch. For made-to-order products, the stated production time remains unaffected.

European Union

Shipping to European Union Member States outside Germany is currently temporarily unavailable.

Switzerland and United Kingdom

For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, we charge a flat shipping fee of €19.99, unless a different amount is displayed during checkout.

The available shipping methods and final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is stated on the relevant product page, the following estimated delivery times apply to products that are ready for dispatch:

– Germany: 2 to 4 business days
– Switzerland and United Kingdom: 5 to 14 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the place of dispatch.

For made-to-order products, individually crafted pieces and custom-made items, the production time stated on the relevant product page applies. If no other production time is stated there, production may take up to 4 to 6 weeks. The applicable shipping transit time must then be added.

Express shipping does not affect the production time of a made-to-order product.

4. Orders Containing Products with Different Delivery Times

If several products with different delivery times are ordered together, we will generally dispatch the order in one combined shipment.

In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the product with the longest stated delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

6. Customs Duties, Import Charges and Taxes

Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges.

Unless these costs are expressly shown and collected during checkout, they must be paid by the recipient. The amount of such charges is determined by the competent authorities in the destination country and is beyond our control.

Customs clearance may result in additional delays.

7. Undeliverable Shipments and Incorrect Addresses

Please check before completing your order that the shipping address provided is complete and correct.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the shipment within the required period, the resulting additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer, provided that the customer is responsible for the return.
